In Partial Explanation of the Recent Lack of Posting
Baby Girl Garth was born on Saturday. Below is her first picture ever.The last time Mary and I had a child, we had never heard of Monica Lewinksy or al Qaeda. The first time, the Democrats had still controlled the House for our entire lives. It's a very different world this one is coming into, but despite all reason I'm feeling very optimistic today.
